Third Party Data Sharing

We only share Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data, Usage Data or Tracking & Cookies Data with third party partners for the purpose of contextualizing and personalizing advertisements (on our domain and others), collecting and reporting aggregate drug usage statistics, analysing website traffic and user behavior, helping with anti-fraud, quality, and security efforts, or when required by law enforcement investigation (such as to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or subpoena).

In the preceding twelve months, we have disclosed and/or shared Identifiers, and Internet Activity with advertising networks, and data analytics providers for the purpose of contextualizing and personalizing advertisements.

Retention of Data

Drugsite Trust will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
